Obituary of Nancy Kay Stewart

Mrs. Nancy Stewart, age 53 of Lancing, passed away Friday March 20, 2020 at her home. Nancy was a 1984 graduate of Oakdale High School and was a member of Redemption Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father: Lindsay Gilbert. Her mother: Sue Gilbert and step-father Wendell Gann. And one brother: Joe Gilbert. She is survived by her husband: Ricky Stewart. One son: Justin Clark. One daughter and son-in-law: Kayla and Jacob Taylor. Her granddaughter: Harper Taylor. One brother: Michael Gilbert. One sister: Lillian Stewart. Along with several nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Monday March 23, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Redemption Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 8:00 PM with Pastor Rick Duncan and Bro. Bobby Stewart officiating. Graveside services will be Tuesday March 24, 2020 at 11:00 AM in Annadel Cemetery. In light of current events, the family wishes to express that, everyone should please use discretion in regards to attending the services and that they completely understand if anyone wishes not to attend.
