Obituary of Melessia Jane Langley

Mrs. Melessia Langley, age 52 of Wartburg, passed away Saturday September 30, 2017 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Patrick McLain and Bessie Goodman McLain.

She is survived by her husband: Nathan Langley.

Three sons: Joshua Haynes of California, Nicholas Langley of Choctaw, Oklahoma and Nathan Langley, Jr. of Etowah, Tennessee.

Three daughters: Brittney Megan Haynes and Lori Griggs both of Wartburg, and Julie Gouge of Oliver Springs.

Fifteen grandchildren: Kendra, Mauricio, Kane, Malerie, Rylan, Bryson, Noah, Sabrya, Emory, Journey, Korbann, Ayana, Kayleigh, Daniel and Andy.

Along with several other family, friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends Tuesday October 3, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. Charles Webb officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 in the Pilot Mt. Cemetery in Lancing.
